【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversgabionsandgabionmattressesproducedfrommetallic-coatedweldedwirefabric,andmetallic-coatedwireforspiralbinders,lacingwire,andstiffenersusedtoassembletheproduct.Themetallic-coatedfabricmaybepolyvinylchloride(PVC)coatedafterfabrication.Thespiralbinders,lacingwire,andstiffenersmaybePVCcoatedaftermetalliccoating.olyvinylchloridehereinafterwillbedesignatedasPVC.1.2Weldedwirefabricforgabionsandgabionmattressesisproducedinfivestyles,basedonthekindofcoating,asdescribedinSection4.1.3Thevaluesstatedihninch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisspecification.1.5Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section13,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
